Your personal Chef, Gary Francis, is available to provide a very special service. He will present you with an exquisite dinner to delight and tantalize your taste buds prepared in the comfort of your own home allowing you to enjoy the company of your guests in a happy relaxed atmosphere.
Gary’s cuisine is created with every attention to detail, taste and presentation. Using only the finest and freshest seasonal produce together with his Amersham House products, and over 35 years of culinary experience.
An exquisite experience that you and your friends will never forget! Gary is passionate about providing excellent food and creating the atmosphere to enjoy wining and dining.
Gary will discuss your event with you and create a personalised menu for your special occasion - whether it be a small intimate dinner party, celebrating a wedding anniversary, a birthday or larger parties, either formal or buffet. He can also arrange waiting and bar staff if required. Menus range in price from $25.00 to $150.00 per head for parties of 4 to 1000 guests.

From the menu organisation time with Gary through to the day after, you are dealing with someone who will deliver 100% of his time and effort while ensuring that you are able to relax and enjoy yourself in your own home. Nothing seems to be a problem from the oven malfunctioning to realising that the children missed out on their dinner and whipping them up a sumptuous meal on the side. Everything Gary does is carried out with a total calm and controlled approach.
